“THE GREAT WALL” is a feature-length film about a 20-year-old female pickpocket who gets into trouble by stealing the wrong item. It’s an anti-hero story about redemption and how hoarding is used to suppress this character’s childhood trauma, and the theme of “good vs. evil” is shown through contemporizing Chinese Mythology.
