My name is Erica, and I'm a director based in Los Angeles. I love working with actors to find their best performances, and I want to bring those same skills to your shoot. As a director, I look at headshots and casting spreadsheets often, so I'm excited to use my experiences to find your best shot. Whether you're an actor, musician, comedian, or need a corporate photo, the approach is the same — we'll experiment, have fun with it, and capture a portrait that feels uniquely you.

PHOTO EDITING ONLY — $25 Basic Retouching / $75 Heavy Retouching

Already have photos from a past photoshoot, corporate photo or event? I’m happy to edit those a la carte.
Basic retouching includes color and exposure adjustments, as well as minor skin and hair fixes.
Heavy retouching includes background replacement, compositing, or significant skin or hair fixes.

INFORMATION

SCHEDULING: We'll schedule your session based on your availability. To confirm your appointment, you'll need to send over a signed service agreement, plus a non-refundable $150 holding fee via Zelle which will be applied to your total session fee. I also offer a free pre-shoot consultation to talk through your outfit looks, and approach.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Please give at least 48-hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The holding fee is non-refundable, but will be applied to your total when you reschedule. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will forfeit the holding fee with no credit applied.

PAYMENTS: Your remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Payments accepted via cash, check, or Zelle.

SESSION TIME: Session time includes your arrival and setup time - so the more camera-ready you are when you walk in, the more we can shoot! Hair and makeup services are not included, but I'm happy to give referrals. If you need more prep time (to do your hair/makeup, steam your clothes, etc.) I'm happy to accommodate 30 min of set up time for $25. All sessions start and end on schedule, so please plan to arrive on time.

OUTFITS: Truth-be-told, I don’t mind how many outfits you want to bring or use. The number of looks we get through is really about photo time. I generally estimate about 20 minutes per outfit to give you the best possible result rather than rushing. But if we nail a shot and you're ready to move on, I'll move with you.

STUDIO LOCATION: Every package includes a basic studio setup. If you have a specific look in mind beyond that, I can source additional options for you — just note that additional studio rental fees may apply.

POST-SHOOT: After the shoot, all unedited photos will be uploaded to Flickr. Once you create a Flickr login, you may review, comment, and select your favorite photos. You'll have seven (7) days after the photoshoot to download all files before they are deleted. Once you have your final selects, please allow 2 - 3 business days for the final edits. Expedited 24-turnaround is available. Additional retouching is $25 per image.
